S2 Ep1 Ronnie Rich Everything is Transformable
Sep 12, 2022
Sep 12, 2022
1hr 45 min
What is your definition of your dream life? What impact would you like to leave the world, your country or our future generation. Do you know your WHY? The dream of going home is now possible for all of us in the diaspora.
Ronnie Rich is an executive Health & Fitness Coach & Transformation Specialist. As a Keynote Speaker, I share my very relatable story as a former Fat Banker to the birth of FITBANKER, and our mission to transform a billion lives in my lifetime through having our health education programs be mainstream, starting with Leaders & Executives in the Corporate World committed to investing in their employees and altering the ‘old corporate work culture’.
Ronnie, worked long hours and burning the midnight candle was the norm. Leaving 5pm on the dot in the banking world was frowned upon. I was a top performer in my banking career, yet neglected and never prioritised physical nor mental wellbeing. During a stressful period and loss in my personal life, I ended up hospitalised and decided to turn my wellbeing around. This loss gave birth to our business FITBANKER - empowering and enabling people to Bank on their Fitness. I am now the most relatable and effective Health (Body & Mind) Transformation Specialist for busy city professionals. Ronnie's team work with groups or highly driven individuals in corporates. Having gone through the rat race journey myself, I understand their pressures and 'lack of time' that your employees face. We bring about behavioural change for individuals and corporates to alter their culture and align employee values with business values and to be more productive, healthy, integrous team players.
CORPORATE TRAINING ► In my years in banking, we spent a lot of time completing online training for new regulation & company policy - mainly to protect our client's assets, and no training was delivered to protect the company’s greatest assets: IT’S EMPLOYEES. We work with CEOs, COOs, HR Heads, Employee Benefits' teams and Learning & Development teams to design, create & deliver custom wellbeing programs by focusing on 4 main pillars (see below).
SPECIALITIES ► Body Transformation Specialist, Nutrition Coaching, High Altitude Leadership Training, Organisational Culture Change.
